What is the typical delivery timeline for mattresses and furniture?
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Custom-sized mattresses may require an additional 3-5 days for production.
Do you offer a trial period for your mattresses?
Yes, we offer a 100-night risk-free trial on select mattress models. If you are not completely satisfied with the comfort after a minimum 30-night break-in period, you can initiate a return for a full refund.
How do I know which mattress firmness is right for me?
We categorize our mattresses into Soft, Medium, and Firm. Side sleepers generally prefer Medium, while back and stomach sleepers often benefit from Medium-Firm or Firm support. You can also use our online Mattress Finder tool for a personalized recommendation.
Does Duroflex provide old mattress disposal services?
Currently, we do not offer a direct disposal service for old mattresses. However, our delivery partners can often assist in moving your old mattress to another room or a designated disposal area within your building for a small fee.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Our mattresses come with a limited warranty ranging from 5 to 10 years, covering manufacturing defects and structural sagging. Furniture and accessories typically carry a 1-year warranty against craftsmanship issues.
